Take your rowing to the next level, be it novice, intermediate, or advanced. Train at the best rowing venue in South Florida.

Coaching includes but not limited to:

• On the water intensive coaching, improvement on technical skills, racing skills & strategy

• Off the water video reviewing, erg testing skills, effective coxing and rowing specific weight lifting and cardiovascular training
